Valerie Phoenixx (she/her) is a Seattle native who began her cosmetology studies in 2010. Valerie specializes in precision and creative haircuts; hair color to accent skin tone and eye color; sun-kissed natural looking highlights and balayage. She also loves to make your rainbow dream hair color become a reality. Valerie's positive and upbeat personality is contagious and her vision is to inspire confidence in her clients so that they can shine their brightest and love themselves inside and out.
Valerie Phoenixx Salon is in a private suite, where you can come to relax in a hand crafted sanctuary by Valerie herself. The salon is located North of University Village Shopping Mall, inside Salons by JC on 25th Ave NE. The salon offers a unique and individualized setting for all clients to feel comfortable and welcome to receive their personalized service. The salon provides complimentary high speed wifi and a lap desk should you need to work while getting your hair color. The salon also provides complimentary snacks and bottled water. There is free THREE HOUR parking under the building. The entrance for parking is on the west side of the building on Ravenna PL NE, next to Mamma Melina Pizzeria. If the front door is locked, please find VALERIE on the key pad and you will be let into the building. Then, take the first right and go down the hall to Suite 11. Valerie Phoenixx Salon has a 48 hour cancellation policy - meaning a client must contact the salon at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time to reschedule or cancel. If the client fails to notify the salon before the 48 hour notification window, the client will be charged 50% of the total service amount booked - please note that if the client repeatedly does not comply to the 48 hour cancelation policy, the client will have to pre-pay for their service total upon booking appointment. Please respect your service provider's time. Clients receive three reminders prior to the appointment; upon booking, 72 hours and 24 hours before appointment. Valerie Phoenixx Salon has a no refund policy. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact the salon to arrange to have adjustments made as needed. No animals are allowed unless they are a service animal. Children are not to be left unattended. Thank you!
